Valerie Heath
Partner / Co-Founder
After graduating from Michigan State University, Valerie managed big auto accounts at big ad agencies in big cities like LA and Chicago for most of her career. Nowadays she definitely prefers helping small businesses achieve big dreams.
She is Mom to two kids, Finn and Hannah; two obstinate cats, Callie and Butters, and wife to one patient husband, Ben. Outside of work, she's volunteering in her community, skiing, converting a short bus into a camper, participating in both a Wordle and Book Club, and planning as many vacations as possible.

Kyle Silver
Partner / Co-Founder
Kyle got his start in the creative world over a decade ago while traveling the world filming outdoor television. As the producer of multiple nationally broadcasted TV shows as well as a digitally based show of his own, he has mastered the ins and outs of video production and content creation.
After getting married and having twin boys, Kyle switched gears and started BluRiver Creative with Valerie to help small businesses reach new customers and tell their story.
When he's not working he's either hunting, golfing or enjoying time with his family.
Bailey Beauchamp
Social Media Strategist / Beach Lover
Bailey earned her Advertising Management degree from Michigan State University in December of 2024. During college, she kept her creative side busy by working as a content creator for leading brands and joining a fashion club, where she hosted a student-run fashion show. She started as an intern for BluRiver in June of 2024, and the rest is history!
Bailey thrives on beach days, a good book, and finding new spots to travel to. She’s a pro at planning last-minute trips and is always ready for an adventure (as long as there’s good coffee and plenty of sunshine involved).
